WHAT TO EXPECT
- A dynamic, sequenced workout that uses bodyweight resistance and interval training to encourage overall strength and endurance.
- Exercises promote a strong core and complement other fitness regimens.
- Sequences include a warm-up series to prepare the body for exercise and and a cool-down series to aid in post-workout recovery.

- Water and light-to-empty stomach
- Shoes are optional
