WHAT TO EXPECT
A head-to-toe workout of bodyweight resistance exercise and interval training
Dynamic sequences promote strength, endurance, and complement other fitness regimens
Warm up to prepare the body for exercise and cool-down to aid in post-workout recovery
Each week, class is different to keep your muscles confused and your workouts diverse. All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered.
Equipment used: resistance bands, fitness rings, and foam blocks
WHAT TO BRING
Shoes are optional. With the exception of mats, all equipment is provided by the instructor.
