WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
A sequenced circuit workout that uses bodyweight resistance and interval training to encourage overall strength and endurance
Dynamic exercises promote a strong core and complement other fitness regimens
Sequences include a warm-up series to prepare the body for exercise and and a cool-down series to aid in post-workout recovery
Each week is a different class sequence to keep your muscles confused and your exercises diverse
Equipment used: resistance bands, fitness rings, and foam blocks
All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered. Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries.
