Join us for Vinyasa Flow, a strengthening yoga class that addresses your entire body. Power yoga poses incorporate bodyweight stability with lengthening stretches to encourage balance in all of your major muscle groups and increased range of motion in your joints. Enjoy a connection between body and mind in this dynamic yoga workout.
Healthy shoulders and wrists are recommended for participation in this class format. Please notify the instructor if you have injuries.
