Vinyasa Flow

Join us for Vinyasa Flow, a fitness-oriented style of yoga. Healthy shoulders and wrists are recommended for this class format. If you are a new student taking class for the first time, then please register here. 

Vinyasa Flow occurs on the last Wednesday of each month.
