Join us this month as we center our community class around the element of fire. This element inspires us to rediscover our passion and let our inner light shine!

Vinny Rico is our resident community class instructor, and he guides an incredibly butt-busting sculpt class. In his sculpt class, Vinny will help you build both physical and mental strength through the use of weights, calisthenics, and body weight resistance training.
