Wellness Wishes!

With all of the uncertainty off recent events, all of us at 7 Elements want you to know that we are here for you! Over the past few months we have been working closely with several different clients and put on weekly live-stream yoga classes that have been absolutely incredible. Our goal during this time has been to focus on staying grounded in our community and be a rock of support for all of our clients. And, of course, we look forward to being that pillar for many years to come. We will keep providing the highest quality live-stream yoga, meditiation and fitness classes and are extremely excited to continue creating healthy habits with all of you. Wishing you all the wellness in the world today and everyday!

Our Favorite TUnes

If you haven’t listened to any rad tunes recently, here are a few Spotify playlists that we have been jamming out to over the past few months!

  1. JAZZ VIBES: If you are looking for some amazing beats to play during your day, whether you are trying to get in the zone for work or moving through a yoga flow, this is the playlist for you. The caption says, “Chill hip-hop beats with a jazzy edge,” and that is exactly what you get!

  2. Yoga Flow 2.0: This is a playlist created by one of our instructors, Anthony Fernandez, and you can find it on his Spotify profile. It features a wide variety of music that builds from soft and mellow to bright and upbeat for the perfect yoga flow!

  3. Get up and Go: Another playlist created by Anthony Fernandez that features a wide variety of both EDM and Billboard hits that are guaranteed to get you up and on your feet for any kind of workout!

Instructor Spotlight(Leah Kranz)

How did you get into your yoga practice? I started practicing yoga as a way of caring for my mental health. I found incredible peace in the act of moving and breathing, and loved how focused movement created a moment of stillness in my mind. Studying the history and philosophy of yoga gave me a framework for how to treat myself and others, and has helped me evolve into a person that I really like and respect. I teach with the hope of creating a safe space for others to find their own moments of peace and self discovery.

What are your classes all about?
My classes have a strong focus on the basics of alignment. My goal is to offer a class that is accessible for various abilities and body types. I also like to incorporate some non traditional exercises that borrow from the functional movement world. My classes also incorporate short guided meditation and mindfulness.

What is your favorite yoga pose?
Some of my favorite yoga poses include: ragdoll pose, deer twist, legs up the wall, supported bridge, and supported fish pose.

Do you have any hobbies? Outside of yoga, I love to cook and bake vegan food. Cooking for others brings me so much joy, and I love sharing my homemade treats with friends. I also spend my time studying 3D art, and hope to one day be a part of making a video game.
