Gentle Yoga at Lunchtime

Join us on Wednesdays for a relaxing lunch hour. Register for class in advance to secure your space, keep yourself accountable, and receive an email reminder. Walk-ins are always welcome!

Class is held weekly on Wednesdays fat 12:10p.m. in the ground floor conference room of the 1551 building behind the management office. Mats are provided or you are welcome to bring your own.

Benefits of mindful movement

Yoga targets the whole body to bring balance and range of motion to prominent joints such as the hips and shoulders. Gentle, impactful movement creates a connection between mind and body that can alleviate stress and anxiety. Breathing on purpose helps down regulate the nervous system and energize the major systems of your body.
