Lunchtime Yoga & Meditation
Join us on Wednesdays for gentle, mindful movement during your lunch hour.
Register for class in advance to secure your space, keep yourself accountable, and receive an advance email reminder. Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited.
Time: Class is held weekly on Wednesdays from 12:05-12:50 p.m.
Location: ground floor conference room of the main building behind the management office.
